Draw outline for feet & legs.

Draw face & mouth.

Make eyes & nose.
Step 5

Make arm, hand, leg & feet.
Step 6

Draw body & tail.
Step 7

Make another arm, hand, leg & feet.
Step 8

Enhance whole body with lines.
Step 9

Finally, make necessary improvements to finish.
